last night was rough

Yesterday was great!! We had Tony's company picnic, which was a good time. I felt normal, on point and mentally clear. Until I didn't. On the way home, both of us hit a brick wall of exhaustion. Then the spinning hit. I couldn't think, couldn't function. I felt like I was speaking word salad. I was staggering. I finally just went to bed... it was barely 2300hrs. I feel better today, but great but better. My breathing on the other hand, is rough. I'm congested. I hit my inhaler for the first time in a while. A cold front came through..  maybe that's why.
