breaking all the rules

Sometimes I think I have this whole thing figured out. Then I get kicked back and realize it's just not that easy. The past few days have been a roller coaster of swirling and brain fog, but the palpitations have eased. We had really bad storms Friday night, but no brain swirl... I don't get it. I'm sitting here at the eye Dr with Adrianna doing absolutely nothing and my brain is spinning out of control. 

Last night while in my recliner watching TV, the swirling started. I decided to take a nurtec to see if it was a migraine. Within an hour, the swirling didn't stop, but I got an aura, followed by a migraine! The nurtec should have prevented that, if nothing else... I don't get it. 

I was telling Dr Younus that the Ssri seems to have helped with the swirling.  She doesn't seem to think there's a connection. There are data to show lovox helps, so I get frustrated that she is doubtful. 

I'm waiting for the results of my halter monitor. My cardiologist appt is a month away...
